Licensing

All MAP journals benefit from a general license over all content submitted. By signing the License to Publish, authors are permitted to post the final, published PDF of their article on a website, institutional repository, or other free public server, immediately on publication. Open access articles are published under a CC BY License (Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License) and the license will automatically be updated as and when updated by the Creative Commons organization.

This license allows readers to copy, distribute and transmit the contribution as long as it is attributed back to the author. Readers are permitted to alter, transform or build upon the contribution, and to use the article for commercial purposes.

Copyright

All Maximum Academic Press (MAP) journals are published Open Access. This means all articles are immediately available to read and reuse upon publication. Articles in MAP journals can be downloaded, shared, and reused without restriction, as long as the original authors are properly cited.

The ownership of copyright in the text of individual articles (including research articles, opinions, reviews, conference proceedings and abstracts) is not affected by its submission to or publication by MAP.

Images and graphics not forming part of user-contributed materials are the property of or are licensed to MAP and may not be downloaded or copied without explicit and specific permission or in accordance with any specific copyright notice attached to that material.

You may include a requirement to reproduce copyright notices but you may not restrict the right to reproduce the entire article, including third-party graphics. This means that you must obtain any necessary third-party consents and permissions to reproduce third-party materials in your articles submitted to MAP.
