Visual Neuroscience (Print ISSN 0952-5238, e-ISSN 1469-8714) was established in 1988 by Cambridge University Press. As an academic journal in the field of visual neuroscience, the journal provides a platform for researchers, academics, and professionals to publish innovative and high-quality research. We are excited to announce that from January, 2025, Visual Neuroscience is being published with Maximum Academic Press. This transition will bring new vitality and opportunities for the development of this esteemed journal.
The new Editorial Board is led by Dr. Honghua Yu, from Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital, Southern Medical University, China, and is comprised of active researchers and experts in visual neuroscience field from around the world. The journal is indexed in the databases, such as Web of Science: Science Citation Index Expanded (Journal Impact Factor 2023: 1.1), Scopus (CiteScore 2023: 2.2), PubMed, and Medline.
Visual Neuroscience is devoted to the publishing experimental and clinical research exploring the biology and disease mechanisms of visual neuroscience.
